Customizable
The interaction with the external renter is highly customizable. The shopping cart allows for the capture of all pertinent information you may desire as well as the acknowledgement of any rules or policies that you deem important. Once the reservation is created, documents such as waivers and rental agreements can be sent, either automatically or manually, for e-signing.

Dynamic Pricing
You have tremendous control over the pricing, dates and availability or your fleet. You have complete control of your in-season & off-season pricing as well as weekday, weekend, holiday and ‘special day’ rates. Progressive rentals rates can be applied if you desire to increase prices based on demand while promotions & discount codes can be defined and managed when wanting to give customers discounts. Also, the pricing and management of captains and/or accessories is integrated so it’s easy for the external renter and the employees to ensure the correct options are ready and waiting for the customer.
Manage your money
Damage Deposits
Damage deposits can be authorized either automatically or manually. Pre-Departure and Post-Return checklists with images and/or video ensure that there is documentation to support your claim if any damage was caused by the renter. The built-in reporting and invoicing will make the financial management of the business very intuitive. Also, you can track and manage the maintenance on each boat (i.e., oil changes, impellers, etc.) and the technicians can be notified when maintenance is due.
